Although technically I lived only several hours away from Singapore, I never really had the urge to go out and explore the country. I was content with only roaming around Orchard Road. However, for this trip, thanks to my best buddy, Carissa, I get to go to one of Singapore’s landmark, the Garden by the Bay. I absolutely love this place! It showcases beautiful flowers which were color coordinated perfectly. It was a very nice place for me to practice using my new camera. The only downside to this place is that the whole recreational area felt a bit too engineered. Although I am happy that all the domes are air conditioned, it takes away the “natural” feeling of the garden. Overall, I had a very enjoyable time there! The highlight is of course I get to spent the whole day with the bestie of 6 years!
